This end unit faces the beautiful fountain and the back patio faces south. Centrally located in one of the famous Mesquite Country Club- Phase 3.

This open and bright condo has a great open floor plan and it’s great for a weekend getaway or an extended seasonal stay. No matter the length of your stay this unit will accommodate your stay. No cats are allowed.
Mesquite Getaway offers a fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer located in the patio. The Master bedroom has a brand new king pillow top mattress. The Guest bedroom offers a Queen bed with TV.
Amenities include: King and Queen beds, Sleeper sofa, Washer & Dryer, 3-TV’s, 2-Dvd’s 1-VCR, Stereo, and long distance and international calling.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

Large enough for 2 people

We enjoyed the views and walking the grounds. Pools were close by. Air conditioning was satisfactory and we kept shades closed most of the day to keep it cool. We had a delightful month stay.
