We were so impressed by this gem. The area is not the most appealing (transients and generally not as lively as downtown Palm Springs) but we did felt perfectly at ease at this hotel. We got the room with the private hot tub and it is a game changer! It’s an amazing unique amenity that this hotel offers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The main lady at reception was above and beyond great (I forgot her name, but she is also a hairdresser). I hope the place recognizes how valuable she is. 100% I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall check in was excellent love the room and private pool the only negative will be that the light inside the pool did not work and also the lights on top of the bed did not work as well but overall i will be coming back again loved the hotel and the staff

Oasis in the desert

This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The warm pool and hot tubs were relaxing after a long day of driving. Having grocery outlet across the street is an added bonus!

We booked the room with the jetted mineral water pool and it was amazing not having to leave the room and having access 24/7. We will definitely come back. Our only recommendation would be that the TV in the private pool room gets cable channels instead of it only being able to put DVD movies.
