Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Fitting and furniture OK. Carpet had at least three dinner plate size threadbare and stained areas which surprised me considering the elevated price of the rooms.

It would have been much better if they provided a top sheet instead of just the comforter...that was not cool...kind of gross. would have given 5 stars if they had the top sheet... Loved the fridgerator and all the amenities

We had to wait in the lobby for 45minutes to check in after a long and exhausting drive because the rooms weren't ready. The receptionist Mia wasn't apologetic or accomodating about it however the maintenence guy Michael was kind and helpful.

There’s just one tiny shelf in the shower that was hung crooked so things would fall off. The bathroom constantly smelled of sewer. Furnishing seemed old, unmatched and the bed was soft and lumpy. Had a mountain view room that overlooked an empty lot that had homeless people and just outside the sliding door were the solar panels and trash. I smelled pot from the outside where other guests were smoking/vaping it down by the pool area. However, the front desk staff were very nice and professional.
