Furnishings are brand new contemporary style. Fine art with metallic hues of silver and gold adds a decorative splash to this home. Everything at Serenity Retreat is crisp and new, right down to the trim and crown molding.

The sleek chef’s kitchen, formal dining space, and sliding glass door access to a resort-like back are highlights of this home. Convenience to beaches, downtown, nightlife, golf, fine dining and easy access to the airport are other features. The beautifully landscaped front yard gives this home such curb appeal! Living Spaces:

The sleek and inviting contemporary living room has large, bright windows, new luxury laminate floors in soft hues of weathered oak, an incredibly comfortable gray (real!) leather reclining sofa and loveseat, a duo chromatic area rug, and a stylish glass and chrome coffee table. There’s a wall-mounted 72" SmartTV with local channels. Unwind here to beat the heat, or stream your favorite shows and movies.

Kitchen & Dining:

The fully-equipped, designer kitchen has pastel gray wood cabinets, ample storage space, granite counters, and a sleek tile backsplash with hues of gray, white, silver and black. Stainless steel appliances include an electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, huge farm-house style sink with pull-down spring faucet and a French door fridge/freezer with icemaker.

Beside the Keurig coffee station is a granite top work desk, ergonomic chair and computer monitor, for your business needs. The kitchen is stocked for professional chefs. You’ll find a French press, spice rack, knife block, toaster, blender, cocktail tools, baking pans, cupcake tins, mixing bowls, Corningware, measuring cups/spoons, etc.

The dining room has an ultra-modern, glass and chrome formal dining table with six faux-leather chairs. A contemporary wagon wheel-style chandelier adds light and sparkle to this dining space. Gather with loved ones for home-cooked meals! A curtained, sliding glass door leads from this dining room directly to the resort-style back patio with pool, spa, and gazebo & tiki bar.

Bedrooms & Baths:

Serenity Retreat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every bedroom has brand-new luxury mattresses, sumptuous linens, and soothing, soft, cool, hues conducive to a restful sleep. The spacious laundry room has a state-of-the-art, front-loading washer & dryer, as well as storage space, soaps, an iron and board. The bathrooms are stocked with plush luxury bathrobes, make-up towels and high-end toiletries.

Primary bedroom:
King-size bed, matching nightstands and touch-light reading lamps, dresser, ottoman, assent chair, SmartTV, and large closet. Direct access to the pool and patio through sliding glass doors. Gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a glass door shower, single sink vanity, large well-lit mirror, and small bathroom closet.

Bedroom #2:
Queen-size bed, matching nightstands and reading lamps, luggage rack, Smart TV. Bedroom 2 shares a hallway full bathroom with bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3:
Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3 shares a hallway full bathroom with bedroom #2. This hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo and new vassal-style vanity.

Outdoor Amenities:

The private, lush, fully-fenced backyard patio is the ideal gathering & entertaining space! Swim all day in the sapphire blue HEATED Pool, or mix tropical cocktails at the gazebo tiki bar with stool seating for six. Lounge poolside in zero-gravity hanging lounge chairs with umbrellas, while you listen to podcasts or read the latest bestseller. There are plenty of regular lounge chairs as well as a round sofa daybed.

This resort-style oasis is nestled amidst palms, tropical flowers and banana trees. The patio is fragrant with hibiscus, frangipani and ocean breezes. Nap in the luxurious wood base hammock, work on your tan and soak up some sunshine and vitamin D!

Grill burgers, portobellos, steaks, or fresh-caught seafood on the poolside patio BBQ! Add tropical flavor with some grilled pineapple, a dash of mango or citrus, or some homemade guacamole. At twilight savor the dazzling hues of Florida sunsets; pink, violet, orange, gold.

After dark, the hot tub is a dreamy place to unwind and stargaze. Melt away your stresses in the bubbling hot spa. This hot tub heats to 104 degrees and is a powerful 45-jet, 6-person Spa. It will feel divine to wrap yourself in plush robes and plush, luxury pool towels after a soothing dip in the pool or spa!

After dark, you’ll notice the enchanting colored lights around the fence and pool patio. These lights transform the back pool patio into a magical, romantic oasis. There is also colored landscape accent lighting in the front yard.

The exterior colors of this home will remind you of a summer day, or sunlight on blue water. The home is a soft, pastel, sunlight yellow, with white trim and front door.
