Modern. Quiet & safe area. Plenty of hot water. But the modern layout misses guest convenience. The breakfast area in the entry lobby is designed to service primarily couples in what is also a bar and lounge area in the evenings. So when we arrived in the evening, the lobby was full of loud guests drinking and watching a ballgame at the bar, while in the morning, there were few family sized tables for breakfast. The television in the guest room was large, but the channel selection seemed limited, offering shows like Lawrence Welk, old re-runs, and legacy newscasts. But you can't hear the TV when the heating system kicks in because of the room design. At least that's how it was in my King Suite on the 4th floor.

Good Stay with Minor Improvements

The stopper in the bathtub with the two beds and the sleep sofa was not working properly. The ice bucket in the other room had a lot of dust on the top that should have been wiped off after room cleaning. There should be at least two staff available during peak check-in times to decrease the waiting time for new guests. The overall experience was still very good.

Area outside was construction so things near the Hyatt was dirty...but weather has been not so good. The sink in the unit was backing up and the tub was just very difficult to get shower to work.

Excellent hotel and great staff

When I first checked in the room. I was given a room that faced toward a business that was having a very loud event. I called the front desk to switch rooms to the other side of hotel. Jonathan graciously switched to a room with no noise. Even came up to help me move. What a great employee! The room was great! Beds comfortable. Everything clean. Nice breakfast. I can’t say a bad thing. Every employee was extremely nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.
