Nice place in Palermo
This hotel is top-notch with great service and an outstanding breakfast. It was a little noisy in the mornings due to construction around the building but overall peaceful and convenient to local shopping and dining within walking distance.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was massive and the hotel entrance is very safe, secure and in a convenient neighbourhood. The room is a bit dated. However, the stand out is the staff who are very professional and excellent at suggesting places to eat and see. Marco and Serena were fundamental to my excellent stay. Due to their help, I booked a second stay a week later.

The hotel was convenient for sights & restaurants. The decor is a bit tired. We did have a big room which was good, but the bathroom, the shower cubicle in particular was small. The staff were friendly and efficient.

It is a 10-minute walk to city centre. The service is good, though there is no reception staff from 11pm to 7am.
