La Villetta is located just 200 meters from the renowned beach of Mondello, which is one of the most coveted beaches of Sicily, for its numerous Art Nouveau villas, for sites of historical interest and for the wonderful crystalline color of the sea water. . The house has two large and bright double bedrooms with air conditioning; two bathrooms; two kitchens, one inside and one outside (ideal for the hottest summer evenings) fully equipped to organize large lunches / dinners / barbecues with your guests. The vast living room of the house consists of breakfast / dining area and relaxation area with large sofa, HD TV, and equipped with air conditioning and central heating for the colder periods. Inside the house there is a private parking to park cars and / or load / unload luggage without having to transport them for long stretches.
