Finely furnished apartment a few steps away from the main tourist attractions of Palermo.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto a hallway from where it is possible to access the rooms. The bright and spacious living room with a balcony is fitted with a dining table, a sofa, a TV, a washing machine and an open-plan kitchen provided with all amenities. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, a desk and a mirror. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Unbelievably Noisy

The apartment itself was nice considering the nightly rate but there were no extras. But again, the price was right. My husband snores terribly so we always rent an apartment with 2+ bedrooms and we expect to be able to use them. After being up for 24 hours, due to flight etc., I couldn't wait to just relax a little. There is no way that someone could get a satisfactory night's sleep in one of the bedrooms. It is SO loud at night and into the morning hours, specifically 3:00 a.m. MInd you its not your normal music most young adults listen to, its this hip-hop accompanied by banging (bangbox) that is impossible to ignore!!!!! I'm pretty tolerant but this was beyond belief. I notified the rental agency and they said I should have. known this from the comments from previous renters. It was truly horrible. My husband agreed to take the noisy bedroom as he wears hearing aids which lessened the ruckous somewhat. I am not talking about the street noise from those eating and enjoying the evening. They also said it was the historic district and I should expect this.

Nice Apartment

Near the restaurants, bakeries and bars of the historical district of Palermo. Nicely appointed with everything you may need for a comfortable stay in Palermo. Be sure to pack your ear plugs as the loud techno music that plays until 2:30 am will keep you hopping.

Belle décoration, bel ameublement, localisation idéale dans le centre historique de Palerme mais deux points négatifs d'importance : - une chambre est située juste au dessus de restaurants et l'isolation des fenêtres (qui ferment à peine) étant défectueuse, il s'avère impossible de dormir avant h du matin, - l'appartement est prévu pour accueillir personnes mais l'équipement est minimaliste : verres, couteaux, pas de torchon, quasiment pas de matériel de cuisine. Dommage, cela aurait pu être mieux
