I really liked the proximity to the train station and the many dining options. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the service of most of the staff was great. It was great, the room was big for Europe. It was in a great location right downtown and was easy to walk everywhere. I gave it a four only because it could use some new paint but it was clean and comfortable. The service was awesome super friendly and the woman at the desk helped me plan my day so I could see everything on foot.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one.

The staff was great. The room was nice but had some idiosyncrasies. The bathroom light was two rooms away. Didn’t discover that until the 2nd day. No hot water in the shower. The staff let us use another room to shower though. The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy. Most restaurants were closed during our time there.
