Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Man geht von der Terasse direkt auf den Strand mit feinstem Sand. Meerblick vom Haus aus. Die Wohnung selber wirkt leider sehr abgelebt, Kakerlaken waren auch vereinzelt zu sehen. Für den Gesamteindruck war der Preis leider deutlich zu hoch.Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und Check-In durch den Verwalter war wiederum sehr angenehm und jederzeit freundlich. Für den gezahlten Preis hätte ich allerdings eine Wohnung ohne Mängel erwartet. Aufgrund der Lage trotzdem schöne Strandtage gehabt.

Das Objekt selber war komplett ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Lediglich die Sauberkeit ist der einzige Punkt, welchen wir zu bemängeln haben. Jedoch können wir die negativen Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nicht nachvollziehen. Für uns war es einer der tollsten Urlaube überhaupt, dies aufgrund der Strandnähe.

Très Cher pour la prestation

L'appartement est certes bien placé mais cela s'arrête là. A notre arrivée , nous avons trouve des murs blancs parsemés de moustiques écrasés, des moutons sous le lit, une douche aux murs moisis et dégradés. En periode COVID , je trouve cela scandaleux. Nous etions 5 , au mois de juillet avec un nourrisson, il n'y avait qu'un seul ventilateur! ce type de logement sur la plage devrait avoir la climatisation. De façon générale, l'équipement comme le mobilier de maison et de jardin est bien usagé et délabré . Nous n'avons eu aucune connexion wifi et aucune solution proposée de dedommagement. Nous avons payé tres cher pour une prestation tres bas de gamme. ! A fuir donc ...

Top Strandlage

Top Strandlage, optimal für Familien mit Kindern. Strand eignet sich sehr gut für Kinder, da sehr flach. Gesamtzustand der Wohnung und des Hauses war eher durchschnittlich. Eignet sich eher für max. 4 Leute, wir waren zu 5. Wir waren Ende August dort, danach sind wir in ein Haus am Strand gewechselt. das doppelt so groß, top ausgestattet war und deutlich günstiger. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war nicht optimal.
