Our apartment is part of one of the last seafront residences before the wild beaches of Maguelone. It's located on the first floor (with elevator) and offers direct access to the beach—no roads to cross, so it's perfect for families with children! A numbered, secure parking spot is included with the apartment.
The residence has a truly unique location in Palavas: it's the only one right on the seafront with a private pool. The pool is supervised by a full-time caretaker and open from June 15th to September 15th. It includes a large swimming area, a paddling pool for little ones, and an outdoor shower—everything you need for a fun family afternoon.
The apartment is bright and airy, with windows on both sides. You'll enjoy breathtaking sea views to the south, and peaceful views of the nearby lagoons and the Pic Saint-Loup to the north.
With 3 bedrooms and 72.5 m² of space (around 780 sq ft), the apartment can comfortably welcome up to 8 guests—perfect for large families or two families traveling together.

Gd apt familial avec terrasse face a la mer
Sa situation privilégiée avec piscine dans la residence et la plage au bout d un petit chemin pietonnier nous ont permis de passer une semaine formidable en famille, près de la Cathedrale de Maguelone et son environnement sauvegardé où nous sommes alles en petit train. Appartement vaste et traversant où il fait bon vivre.
