Séjour annulé sur place

Nous avons fait aussitôt demi-tour repartant chez nous dans l'Aveyron. Nous sommes âgés et avions choisi cette location "rdc 60 pas de la plage avec cour (selon photo, équipée pour repas)" je me suis laissée duper par l'annonce qui ne précisait pas que la location se situait en 2ème ligne sur rue, que les 60 pas étaient la traversée d'un rond point (très fréquenté) avant d'atteindre le portique d'accès à la plage et que la cour avec sa table et ses bancs, était en promiscuité directe avec la circulation des bus, voitures, cyclistes et piétons... Nous avions compris que nous réservions en 1ere ligne coté plage que la petite cour avait directement vue sur la mer...les photos n'étaient pas probantes, l'angle de vue n'était pas évident... sur place, nous avons en effet compris que le portique aperçu en fond sur la photo se trouvait de l'autre coté de l'av. St Maurice et non pas du coté de la location... Il manquait juste l'information "2 -ème ligne" sur l'annonce, information primordiale que le propriétaire n'a pas considérée nécessaire car il m'a répondu que son annonce était claire et sans ambiguïté Nous espérions passer nos 4 jours face à la mer sans avoir à "bouger" de la cour et nous nous retrouvions direct sur un carrefour que nous aurions à traverser (sur nos cannes), et a prendre nos repas à 2 mètres de la circulation... A notre âge impossible de nous installer sur la plage, assis ou allongés, ni de trimballer des pliants. Mais pour l'appart. parfait, 10/10 bien décrit
