Mitten in der Stadt, Hund willkommen, Parkplatz am Haus

Das Haus liegt zentral in Palamos, Markthalle und GeschƤfte gleich um die Ecke sowie Restaurants, alles fuƟlƤufig erreichbar. Ausstattung gut. Der Hund kann sich frei bewegen und das Auto steht sicher auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck. Bei der angespannten Parksituation einfach perfekt.

correct pour le prix

l'emplacement de la maison est idĆ©ale, Seul reproche sur la propretĆ© gĆ©nĆ©rale des extĆ©rieurs du mobilier de jardin et la salle de bain n'Ć©tait pas trĆØs propre ( attention aux cheveux dans le siphon ), la baie vitrĆ©e Ć©galement ne ferme pas correctement sur le haut ce qui n'est pas rassurant quand on laisse ses affaires la journĆ©e ou la soirĆ©e sans alarme. Et le four ne fonctionne plus mĆŖme en utilisant un couteau (pour avoir essayĆ© ). Sinon la propriĆ©taire est accueillante et correcte. On pourrait y retourner tout de mĆŖme mais il y a des petites choses Ć  rectifier sans investir beaucoup.

Hormis une propretĆ© imparfaite et quelques lĆ©gĆØres dĆ©gradations incombant Ć  de prĆ©cĆ©dents locataires, la maison prĆ©sente beaucoup de qualitĆ©s et d'avantages. La situation, la climatisation et le parking dans la propriĆ©tĆ© en sont trois vraiment apprĆ©ciables. La propriĆ©taire Ć  l'Ć©coute mais tout Ć  fait discrĆØte et aimable est aussi un point non nĆ©gligeable. Endroit vivement recommandĆ©

La casa es muy agradable, la terraza es una maravilla, parece imposible tener tanta tranquilidad cuando a dos calles hay tanto bullicio, estĆ”s en un tranquilo pueblo y sin embargo tienes todos los servicios y restaurantes (y la playa) a un paso. La casera es muy amable y al vivir al lado estĆ” fĆ”cilmente disponible si hace falta algo. Pone mucho interĆ©s en que estĆ©s a gusto y que, por ejemplo, haya todo tipo de productos de limpieza, papel higiĆ©nico, servilletas, bolsas de basura... AdemĆ”s de vajilla y cubiertos de sobra. Como inconvenientes dirĆ­a que para dos adultos y tres niƱos es justo, pues aunque una de las camas es grande, con el movimiento nocturno no creo que hubiera funcionado y al pequeƱo lo pusimos en el sofĆ” (para lo que Mery sin ningĆŗn problema nos dio sĆ”banas). QuizĆ” para un futuro estarĆ­a bien un sillĆ³n-cama o similar. En la terraza harĆ­a falta una sombrilla, pues el toldo no sirve en el desayuno cuando el sol estĆ” oblicuo, ya nos ha dicho que lo harĆ”. Y lo mejor serĆ” cuando abra un portĆ³n para meter el coche (esto es idea suya), pues aparcar en la zona es complicado.
