Surrounded by peace and designed for family enjoyment, El Figuerar is a charming rustic house for up to 8 people — perfect for a relaxing holiday in Palamós, in the heart of the Costa Brava. Its location is ideal: just 6 minutes by car from the beautiful La Fosca beach.

Comfortable and functional layout

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining area, a full bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom. Next to the kitchen, a built-in barbecue makes outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable.

The upper floor features three more bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed, perfect for children or teenagers. This floor also has a second full bathroom with shower.

In the staircase between the two floors you have an air conditioning unit that helps cool the house.

Outdoor space to relax and unwind

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing: several seating areas with sofas offer shaded and sunny corners, while the covered porch with tables and chairs is ideal for group meals. The house includes a saltwater pool, outdoor shower, petanque court, ping-pong table, and on-site parking.
