The property location was ok and easily accessible However, unsafe parking and there was no help offered when I get in the hotel after shopping at 8pm. check-in wasn't bad, I requested for connecting room but no mention at the check in time whether its available or not. noisy group of travellers surrounding the reception blocking other travellers access to the reception. There was plenty of staff roaming around the lobby but didn't seem to be controlling these crowd or attending other travellers who was waiting to get attention. We had been to the restaurant for lunch while we waiting to be checked in but, no one seem to be cared or no initiative to give us menus (there was no one at the restaurant and 3 staff members chatting at the entrance). Later we manged to dine in deli, the staff member was helpful but, food quality (Biriyani) was pathetic when comparing the price we paid; over pouring artificial essence discomfort our gut. I had been given discount when I brought up the issue at check out poor quality interior; filthy carpets, moulded shower screen, broken showers. bath towel got foul smell and we ended up using our own towels. Average buffet breakfast; food quality again compromised here. Our overall experience was below average hence we cancelled one of our future bookings with them and, wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.
