- I like the property as it was close to the airport - It has kitchen - Staff at reception were helpful but to limited - Train/metro station was convinient 7 min walk - Cleaning staff were terrible. - we stayed 6 nights and only once they came for service. - As i stayed with kids there was waste getting collected and no one bother to replace bin bags inspite of telling to cleaning and reception staff - as a tourist we dint carry bin bags so have to put in the shopping bags which was disgusting - After complaining they said service and bin will only gets cleared after 3 days which was disgusting. - Another issue was breakfast which they dont provide anything apart from croissant, milk, basic cornflakes jiuce and plain yogurt pot. - Daily same menu no changes. - After requesting that kids dont eat these stuff and to provide with bread, cupcakes or fruits but no action.

I looked for reviews about this property and the Ecla Business and I could not get info to take an informed decision about staying there or not. First, this is an student campus that also rents units to travellers. The apartments are nice and big for Paris standards with a kitchenette equipped for 2 persons. The facilities of the Ecla Campus are amazing. The gym is really very good, and thats not common in Paris. There is a self laundry room and restaurant as well. There is no room service or daily cleaning as you would expect on a hotel. This are apartments and they clean them every 4 days or so, not daily, so dont expect that. For the price, I really think this is a very good option for staying in Paris for some days, more so if you work out and need a gym during your trip. Will go back again next time in Paris.

Séjour agréable de 2 nuits dans l'hôtel ECLA à Palaiseau, proche de la gare Massy TGV ( environ 1 km à pied). Très grand mais très calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, il y a peu de choix.

me gustaron las instalaciones, muy modernas y el acceso a transporte. no me gustó la limpieza, no especifican que tienes que solicitarla, según me dijeron era cada 6 días, no me pareció pues yo pague estancia de hotel, igual las toallas había que pedir el cambio. pero en general estuvo muy bien, muy cómoda la cama y el espacio de la habitación.
