a great beachhouse!
I was very surprised at the beauty of this beachhouse and the fact that we could have our dogs with us as well as extended family. There was so much thoughtfulness...everything from plenty of dishes and pots/pans to scissors in the drawer which we used numerous times. The nightlights were a great help so we didn't trip during the night. We appreciated the TV/cable. There were just so many thoughtful touches that it would take a book to write about...even soap and shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms! The only thing I would have wished for was an adjoining bathroom in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Unfortunately the weather was cold and the fishing non-existent from the pier during our stay but we got some much needed rest and relaxation. Again...I can't say thankyou enough for all the wonderful touches you provided!

Thanksgiving in Palacios!
Was very impressed with this location! Owner put is in touch with a great fishing guide and we had our limit in just a few hours! House was very clean, views were incredible!!! Nice pier to fish from, well lit! Nice community… had a wonderful Thanksgiving there, and since we live 60 miles away, we will be returning! This property’s highly recommended, I cant say enough good about it! Thanks for the memories!

Family, Laughter and Fishing at the Bay House
Great place for fishing, relaxing and just being still. Night time fishing was a delight with the new pier lights. The house was perfect for our family. We especially appreciated being able to use all amenities on the property such as the crab pods.

fantastic property
There were 7 of us that stayed at the house. The pictures did not do the property justice. It was much nicer that the pictures showed. It was fully furnished with everything a person needed. We caught alot of fish off the pier. I would like to make this a yearly trip it was so much fun and so nice.

Right on the Water
The private pier was a huge plus. Besides fishing and crabbing, it was relaxing to sit out early in the morning and evening. A bonus was an excellent view of 4th of July fireworks from the upper story deck.
