Lage rรผckwรคrtig laut da an Hauptstrasse, Wlan kostenpflichtig obwohl anders angegeben, viele aufgebrochene Fliesen auf Terrasse (Verletzungsgefahr), kein Garten obwohl in Beschreibung angegeben. Terrassenmรถbel teilweise zerbrochen, kein Sonnenschirm. Im Badwaschbecken nur kochend heisses Wasser, Duschtrennwand kaputt. Insgesamt auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Schรถne Dekoration, gerรคumige und komfortable Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet mit Highspeed-WLAN. Riesige Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen, Grill und Gartenmรถbeln. Privatparkplatz neben der Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nรคhe des wunderschรถnen Strandes von Costa Calma und aller notwendigen Dienstleistungen wie Supermarket, hausgemachte Bรคckerei und Gebรคck, Geschรคfte, Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Unterhaltung. Am Strand kรถnnen Sie surfen, Ausrรผstung und Training mieten. Ich empfehle es fรผr alle Arten von Publikum und Alter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr bald zurรผck sein.

Sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung (in Reihenhaussiedlung), leider sehr hellhรถrig

Unsere Wohnung befand sich im Erdgeschoss an einer stark befahrenen StraรŸe, die durchaus hรถrbar und stรถrend war. Nachts laute Discomusik und Partys von Nachbargรคsten hรถrbar und stรถrend, da alles sehr hellhรถrig ist. In der Anzeige beworbenes WiFi (Internet) nur gegen Bezahlung verfรผgbar.

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft, die wirklich sehr zentral liegt, jedoch sind es zum Strand keine 100 m sondern etwas weiter. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmรคssig und die Kรผche sehr funktionell. Ein Manko sind die nicht paargerechten Betten (also Einzelbetten), der Verkehrslรคrm und daรŸ das heiรŸe Wasser nur fรผr eine Person reicht (wenn man hintereinander duscht). Wir haben uns wohl gefรผhlt in Costa Calma und auch die Kommunikation mit Maria war schnell und unkompliziert.

Leider nicht alle Leistungen wie beschreiben erfรผllt.

Die von uns gemietete Wohnung war leider nicht gereinigt und der FuรŸboden und das Bad waren doch sehr unsauber. Die von uns verlangten Endreinigungskosten entsprechen damit nicht der vorgegebenen Leistung. Die Wohnung hat zwar zwei Schlafzimmer und ist auf 5 Personen ausgelegt, wobei in einem Schlafzimmer nur ein Bett steht. Einer unserer Sรถhne musste im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa schlafen.. Die Wohnung ist fรผr vier Personen fast zu klein. Das Bad macht leider keinen guten Eindruck, da hier die Schimmelbildung doch sehr weit fortgeschritten ist. Gut ist die Lage der Wohnung und die Zuverlรคssigkeit des Verwalters Phil einzuschรคtzen.
