Esperienza da dimenticare

Appena entrati abbiamo visto macchie di umidità in diversi punti delle pareti vicino al bagno.Perdita d'acqua dal boiler con antiestetiche macchie sul lavandino.Vasca pericolosa in quanto priva di tappeto antiscivolo e maniglia d'appoggio.Presenza di piccole formiche in cucina e nel resto dall'appartamento.Dopo pochi giorni arriva un messaggio per informarmi che il mio appartamento stava inondando l'appartamento sottostante.Essendo fuori casa ci precipitiamo per controllare. In realtà c'erano tracce di umidità sul soffitto del corridoio del piano sottostante. Nulla negli appartamenti sotto(regolarmente occupati da clienti dell'hotel.Abbiamo come richiesto cercato di tenere il più possibile chiusa la valvola dell'acqua. È poi arrivato un messaggio nel quale ci si diceva che dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento e cercarci un hotel(forse avremmo ottenuto un rimborso)!!!!!Mancando oltre venti giorni pur con il disagio dell'appartamento e detatal continuo agire sulla valvola siamo rimasti fino alla fine del soggiorno. Da informazioni raccolte risulta che da diverso tempo(mesi) c'era il problema della perdita d'acqua sul corridoio sottostante.Se servisse sono in grado di inviare foto riguardanti l'appartamento. Etwas enttäuscht

Enttäuscht deshalb, weil die Bilder der Anzeige nicht mehr der Wirklichkeit entsprachen. Auch enttäuscht, weil alles schon sehr abgewohnt war, ein typisches Abschreibungsobjekt.Verschiedene Mängel, die reklamiert wurden, wurden zwar durch einen Handwerjer aufgenommen, aber nur teilweise behoben, dann kam er nicht wieder. Die Ausstattung war sehr spärlich, z.B. nur 1großes Handtuch und ein Händehandtuch pro Person, jedes weitere Handtuch mußte für 5 Euro dazu gekauft werden. Gleiches bei der Bettwäsche und Geschirrhandtuch in der Küche. Ein Sammelsuriium von Gläsern in der Küche, Besuch sollte man nicht haben. Die Lage des Objektes hat vieles wett gemacht, aber eine Empfehlung können wir nicht aussprechen, wer einen gewissen Anspruch hat, wird nicht glücklich sein.

Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht.

5 Wochen Urlaub in dieser Umgebung und bei bestem Wetter waren wirklich schön.Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen und bei dem Preis Leistung Verhältnis kann man es weiterempfehlen.Sicherlich wenn man Mängel sucht findet man das eine oder andere.Nichts desto trotz, bleibt es ein schönes Studio mit hervorragender Lage.
