Beautiful mansion of 140m2 overlooking the bay of Paimpol (small sea view on the floors). It is an authentic Breton residence from the early 19th century, in stone of the country, with its typical spiral staircase of know-how of the marine carpenters, its closed garden and its old parquet floors. A large kitchen-living-dining room on the ground floor and on each floor two large bedrooms and a bathroom (bath and shower). Parking 5 places in the property. The sea on foot 500 m.
