Holiday Home 'Les Bernaches Du Lédano - Vue Mer' with Sea View, Terrace and Wi-Fi
As its name suggests, "Les bernaches du Lédano", a vacation home with sea view, is just a few steps from the Lédano beach, on the banks of the Trieux river. Living nearby, the host will be happy to share her travel tips with you and will be available if needed.
Completely renovated in 2023-24, the house comprises a large, comfortable living room/kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom (sink and shower). The area is ideal for outings on foot, by bike or by car (parking is available adjacent to the gîte). The town of Paimpol is very active in terms of commerce, culture and sports, and is only 4km away by car. Travelers can reach Paimpol station by taking the TER train from Guingamp (even with bicycles). The region is rich in a multitude of activities: swimming, longe-côte, heritage, culture, nature, festivals, cinema, hiking, horse-riding and water sports. Windsurfing and kite surfing are possible at high tide, from the Lédano beach. The garden adjoining the house is perfect for relaxing and awakening the senses: lawn, terrace, flowers, aromatic plants.
A cleaning service is available on arrival (60 euros). On arrival, you will find the house spotlessly clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition as you found it, as we reserve the right to charge you for cleaning if you fail to do so.
