Access very difficult for me to second floor. Room and ensuite well cleaned. Could definitely do with air conditioning.

Very disappointed. Not a good image for NZ. Very lacking basic room servicing. Beds not made. Tea and coffee not replenished. Basic things like tea towels and cutlery not there etc.. No Aircon, just a fan. Had seperate shared kitchen that was dirty, and hot water only on one sink.

The room is clean and the staff were great, very friendly. But please do put some reminders when to close the kitchen for us to be aware.
