The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great.

Stayed in room 415. Pros, lovely uninterrupted views of Paignton Harbour, Brixham, Torquay and Thatchers rock. No matter the weather it is a glorious view, especially at sunrise and sunset. Negatives, had to ask for the water that is meant to be included in premier rooms, this particular room is showing damage to the ceiling, with a frankly awful luminous green light that is on 24/7 and actaully casts shadows at night. If i had realised before bedtime i would have asked for a different room Also, if you happen to be sat up in bed resting against the headboard and the room next door dont hold the door as they go in and out you will get an almighty THUMP through the wall. Overall, unless the view is important the paid upgrade is not worth it.

One major issue which stopped me giving 5 stars. There is nowhere in the room with an electric socket within reach of a mirror. All women need to plug something in to deal with their hair and need the mirror to do so. It is a poor oversight which could easily be remedied by adding a mirror in one of the three obvious places.

Staff lovely Rooms comfortable- housekeeping intermittent they seem to come when you are in the room. This is anytime of the day. Room not totally clean on arrival Breakfast terrible. Scrambled Egg disgusting. Not enough choice for vegetarians I wouldn’t have breakfast here again. I would stay here though

Room was excellent with great views, plenty of space and really comfortable. Reception staff friendly enough without being over the top. Hotel is very well situated for the seafront and the town or for visits a bit further away. Only real complaint ( and I probably didn't read the small print) was the need to pay an additional £15 for parking at the actual hotel.

Excellent staff, should be appluaded for how quickly they work at the peak times! Comfy rooms, value for money compared to other places in Paignton, we stay regularly and always recommend it.

from checking in to leaving the staff were all fantastic the breakfast staff were very helpful and kept the dining area very clean and tidy and were there to help if needed if we could give them 10 stars we would the food was fresh and always plenty of it the rooms were very clean and large plenty of room to relax
