House was a perfect middle point between Wolf Creek and Pagosa Springs for our family. The kids loved the loft! As a family of five, we had a lot of luggage for the week & we like to unpack from suitcases (especially with ski gear). The dressers were small & we to had to move backup sheets and towels out to utilize the drawers but not a big deal. There was also a closet to hang things. Beautiful scenery & quiet community!!

Great time

Excellent location, cabin is small but has plenty of space to cook and relax. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I’d work on is the yard, lots of weeds and over grown, but overall an excellent time was had by all
