HOUSE LAYOUT:

This newly renovated home is located on a hilltop overlooking glorious mountain views and the rolling hills of Pagosa Country. As you enter the home a spacious gourmet kitchen is on your left and comfy sitting room, where you'll find board games and cards to entertain the group, is straight ahead just past the spiral stair case that lead to the upper and lower levels of the house. Past the kitchen you'll find the large dining room table and sliding glass doors that lead to the side patio and BBQ grill. Continue past the dining room and down the steps into the living room with a big screen TV, plentiful seating, more spectacular views and a second sliding glass door that leads out onto the main deck with the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating and dining areas.  To the right of the living room is a second stair case that leads to the downstairs bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, dart board, office space and laundry room. The lower level can be accessed by either the spiral staircase next to the front door or the stairs leading down from the living room.



On the upper level, the spiral staircase leads you to the large primary bedroom with a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a 2nd deck from which to take in the views. There is also a twin size bed if you need extra space for a little one. Down the hall from the primary are two additional bedrooms with full size beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom, the other is situated right next to the hallway bathroom. Behind these two bedrooms is a huge game room with a second twin bed, ping pong table and access to the homes third deck and more views of the San Juan Mountains, and tranquil pine forest!
