This home is ideally situated in the Pagosa Lakes area, on the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, a 27-hole championship course, or take a short drive in almost any direction to hike the many trails that wind through the San Juan National Forest offering beautiful scenery, wildlife, streams and waterfalls. During winter, visit Wolf Creek Ski Area just a 30-mile drive away, known for getting the most snow in Colorado, for some epic skiing and snowboarding. After a day hiking the San Juan National Forest or hitting the slopes at Wolf Creek, soak in the famous natural hot springs found in downtown Pagosa Springs, just a 10-minute drive away.
