Enjoy this home that is centrally located and right next to all the shops, restaurants, and so much more. This home was built to host large groups. Sit back and enjoy in our fully stocked 2 kitchens, 5 bedroom, 4 Full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 sets Washer/Dryers, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, grassy backyard & Air hockey. Lots of parking out front with room for 2 trucks with attached trailers (Boats, Seadoo,etc) and then some.
This is a 5 bed 4 bath house. Pack-N-Play & yard games in hall closet, 2 Fold out couch beds (Twin & Double) with toddler mattress under Bunk bed. Full front yard parking. LARGE backyard for lots of fun.
Access to the entire house and yard.
You will be able to text us directly after confirmed booking
This home is 3 miles from the Glen Canyon Dam, 4 miles from the Colorado River`s Horseshoe Bend and 6 miles from Lower Antelope Canyon.
And to make eating & shopping that much easier.... Food and shopping is just 0.5+ mile down the street. 10 Min walk or 1 min drive.
This home has a longer driveway that can park trucks with boat trailers ,And the gravel and driveway can hold 6-7 vehicles.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed upon approval with a pet deposit. Dogs are not allowed on the carpet in the bedrooms. They must remain on the hard floors.

We loved this location for our family. Close to town. Walking distance to both shopping/dining/coffee as well as hiking trails. The split level spacious home gave everyone enough space to feel comfortable. Well equipped. Everything was great. Would recommend.
