Front desk clerk was rude. The toilet did not work in our room as soon as we arrived. I went down to ask for maintenance. Was told they didn’t have anyone on at night. She offered no solutions. I finally asked if she had a plunger. She was very put out but finally went and got it for me. That didn’t fix the problem . She again offered no solutions. I asked for another room. She said she wasn’t sure she could do that. I told her I wasn’t staying in a room with no working toilet. She finally left me standing at the desk to go make some calls. When she returned she very reluctantly agreed to change my room. The entire time she made me feel like this was my problem not hers. I stay often at Hamptons and this was by far my worst experience.

Comfortable stay

Great place to stay. Clean, and plenty of parking. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. Rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very nice & welcoming. Got us checked in really quickly! The room is super spacious, awesome bathroom & clean - but you can hear everything from other rooms (stomping above & conversations in the next room over. The ladies who worked the breakfast were not friendly at all unfortunately - it seemed like they were irritated with everyone dining.

This was my 4th hotel on my trip and so fsr this is the best hotel. My room was the double in size of the rooms from three previous hotels (Element in Sedona AZ, Archway Inn in Moab UT and Best Western plus Rubby's Inn in Bryce Canyon City UT). Everything was new and clean, included breakfast also above my three previous experiences.
