Overall lack of housekeeping would keep us away from this hotel. Upon entering room, there was already trash in the can in the living area and bathroom. There was hair in the shower and the shower floor didn’t look clean. During the night, the top sheet came off two corners of the bed. Someone had installed a new shampoo cartridge, but left the hidden cap on the bottom. Housekeeping gets zero stars.

Staff-Had to wait at desk for 15 minutes to check in. Staff next door at another hotel handling a problem. Room-No hot water, shower head defective, body wash dispenser missing in shower, stopper in sink missing, etc. The whole experience was a disaster.

The young man at the front desk was very nice and very polite. However, the room door would not unlock. He said it had happened the day before, but they had no other two bedrooms to give us. So my grown-up son and myself had one bed and a couch. Next, there was not a bottle of water to be found sold or available in the hotel. Lastly, there was water sitting in the bathtub. All in all, not a great experience at this hotel. But your front desk person last night was a very nice man.

Cheetos found in sofa bed, no hot water in shower. Instead of offering a different room, was given a key to shower in an upstairs room, and return to original room afterwards. No hot water in hot tub. No manager on duty to assist in resolving issues . Instead the clerks had to continually call “manager” for instructions. Family had 9 rooms here for a funeral. We were treated like S*#!. Horrible experience!!!!

The check in was ok. Room was comfortable, but the bathroom needs much upgrade. Shampoo bottles etc. would not stay hooked to the wall and the bottle fell and spilled on the shower floor making it VERY slippery and I slipped and almost fell. There was MOLD around the whole bottom of the shower floor. Short on 2 towels.

The bed was super comfortable. Easy on/off from the interstate, but quiet. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast was disappointing. Below average as far as complimentary hotel breakfasts go. We were hoping to get a quick breakfast and get on the road. Instead had to go to nearby Bob Evans and buy breakfast.
