Design Apartment with Whirlpool | Large Terrace by Park | Near University

Affectionately called the POOLhaus by guests, this unique design apartment awaits you right next to the park. Clean architecture, flush doors, exposed concrete floors with underfloor heating, and adjustable lighting create a calm, modern atmosphere.

In addition to the separate bathroom, there’s an open shower integrated into the living space—comfortable, modern, and part of the architectural concept.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace of about 45 m² with exclusive lounge furniture and a gas grill.

You also have access to the whirlpool in a separate outdoor area. Despite the natural setting, you can reach the university and city centre quickly and easily.

Perfect for guests who value architecture, privacy, and a special ambiance.
