It’s an older hotel and nothing fancy. The rooms could use updating but it is extremely clean and the staff are so nice. The food was ok and could be better. The morning cook is amazing and makes great omelettes. The clientele are mainly 50 plus that have been returning to this hotel for many years.

Rooms were regularly and meticulously cleaned. All the staff, from cleaning to front desk to food service were helpful and polite. English is spoken at the front desk quite well. The rest of the staff will always try to speak English with varying levels of success. If you choose to stay here book all your activities through Oscar Garcia! He was delightful to work with, and personally helped us out of a tight spot. He is often cheaper than booking online.

The staff and grounds at the hotel were outstanding. We enjoyed the chilled vibe and the staff went out of there way to make you feel like family. The food is more Mexican inspired and all the people in the restaurants were also outstanding.

The staff at Binniguenda is amazing. The resort is small and our rooms were clean and nice! Location of the resort is convenient and taxis are available! Limited choices for food but there were more than adequate choices in the buffet! Snack bar at the pool was good for hamburgers, hotdogs and snacks! No problem going up to the beach club for their buffet, ocean view, pool and the beach.

The rooms were simple but clean. The food at the hotel: Breakfast was good Lunch was at the beach club and was excellent Dinner was not good,,, many folks just go out to restaurants. No flavour, they could improve by having one fish dish, one chicken, one pork, only, but do the dishes well instead of two of each re heated from the night before. Never any avocado, salsa The hotel is 3 stars.

Definitely the place has Mexican charm, everyday clean room, friendly staff, good food and service and the entertainment show is something I look forward seeing at dinner…. and I love to take a walk at the garden.
