The home Sangiovese is part of Tartagli villa (ground floor, right side of the villa) and has its own private terrace, garden and covered parking.
It has 1 large bedroom with king-size bed and 1 comfortable, modern bathroom with mosaico shower. It is approximately 70 sq mt, and has a large living room with fireplace.
A Weber barbecue is available on request in the garden. It has direct access to the eco infinity swimming pool that faces sunset on Tuscany and Umbria.
The infinity salty swimming pool (shared with Brunello, 6 guests and Sagrantino, 4 guests) has UNO + Italian forniture.
ALSO INCLUDED: AC, SMART TV LCD , DVD, IPOD SPEAKER, RADIO, WI-FI, LINES, TOWELS ALSO FOR THE POOL, HAIR DRYER, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. FARM PRODUCTS AND VISIT OF THE OLIVE OIL MILL AND THE FARM.
