The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see.

Very disappointed in our stay. Think they were remodeling stuff was all over the place. Pool and hot tub were shut down. Hallways smelled of marijuana so bad. Tried getting ahold of staff multiple times and nothing. We have stayed here a couple other times and it was ok but this time was unacceptable.

It was very old looking. It needs an update for sure and it is not in a very good location. It smelled terrible but the front desk was nice. Breakfast was almost empty no matter the time of day. I have stayed at many Comfort Suites but I was very disappointed in this one.

They were remodeling which was very much needed but the parking lot was blocked off with heavy equipment, many contractor trucks and trailers, 2 large reach booms, and tape. The hallways were full of old furniture and new boxes of furniture, the bed sheets and blankets were nasty and discolored, and the room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The door made a very loud pop when opened. I will NEVER stay at that Comfort Inn again.

The bathroom was dirty and the comforter was stained. The television didn’t work. It looks like they were remodeling and all hallways were lined with old furniture. There was a post-it note on the computer indicating the pool was closed. The outside of the property was littered with trash and parking was extremely limited due to storage and machinery. A positive note, the breakfast area was nice and neat with a good selection.

We didn't even stay the night as the neighbor next door was screaming at the other occupants in their room (including kids). I was promised a full refund for the poor quality of the room (that had a shower that was not cleaned - hair - unclean floor and stained bedsheets) and they instead, charged my credit card over and over again so much that it was automatically locked and I had to get a new card, and I am STILL fighting the charge a week later. Don't book a stay!!!

Everyone was absolutely wonderful there during our stay. The only problem was at the current time their hot tub was broke but they couldn't help that They didn't order the part. Other than that absolutely a wonderful experience. They definitely came in clutch. We needed a new place to stay because Roadway inn had cockroaches and stains.
