Your private balcony features a private gas grill so you can offer your guests delicious grilled meals and it's also a great place to sit down every morning and take delight in the gorgeous vistas of the Monterra Golf Course as you sip in your daily coffee.

Book this vacation rental and you'll be over half a mile from downtown Blue Mountain Village, a great place for shopping, trying new cuisines, and outdoor activities. If you're an outdoors enthusiast, you'll love coming here whether in the warm months or during the cold winter. During the summer, you can hike and bike through the many scenic trails or explore the many lakes while boating or fishing. However, winter also offers a plethora of activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Plus, there are a few tennis clubs and golf courses nearby. The Monterra Golf Course is a short walk away and you'll be two and a half miles from the Northwinds Public Beach on Highway 26.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
