FOR FAMILIES ONLY (groups of children are excluded because the house is in excellent condition). The residence has an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, five-a-side football, volleyball, bowls, a picnic area for summer holidays, as well as common rooms for games and parties and has a ski storage room. It also has ample ease of parking. It is located near the lifts which can be reached on foot if desired. It is a very good apartment because thanks to its panoramic southern exposure it is very sunny.
