Poderia meljorar!!

O hotel é muito gostoso no geral, porém algumas instalações precisam de um capricho e cuidado a mais. A piscina coberta é bem gostosa, porém alguns azulejos do fundo estão quebrados, inclusive cortei meu dedo em um deles. As luzes da piscina aquecida e da academia não acendem antes de escurecer, ficando muito escuro para ir ap banheiro e na academia. A quadra de tenis está precisando de uma boa manutenção, esqueceram ela “lá em baixo”. Cheguei com minha esposa e 2 crianças, e no ckeck in não fui informado que havia recreação no hotel, fui descobrir por acaso. Havia também uma hidromassagem ao ar livre que acabou sendo esquecida, ela até sai agua gelada, mas não funciona!! Tirando isso, a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa, e as refeições são bem fartas e gostosas! Os quartos são bons, muito limpos e confortáveis!

Ja estive nesse hotel por varias vezes , inclusive levando meus pais, mas infelizmente virou um alojamento de peão de obra , ja é segunda vez seguida que vou com minha esposa e nao temos privacidade de usar a piscina aquecida por causa da maudita sinuca com varios rapazes que estao alojados nesse hotel , no corredor da suite uma gritaria , falta de educação e respeito, ja começando cedo o barulho e as áreas externas nao temos privacidade como casal . Nao volto mais , podem continuar fazendo desse maravilhoso hotel , de alojamento de peão de mineradoras .

As dependências externas do hotel são maravilhosas. Tudo muito lindo, arborizado. Ficamos no Vila Rica. Os quartos em si são muito bonitos e confortáveis, mas a acústica do mesmo é péssima, dando para ouvir todos os barulhos externos, inclusive os dos quartos ao lado. Uma ressalva para o box que estava sujo. Os funcionários são todos muito educados e solícitos, principalmente os do restaurante. O spa parece não funcionar, pelo menos durante nossa estadia... A piscina aquecida é bem quentinha mas estava com um cheiro de "água suja".

Hotel bonito mas mal cuidado

Quando cheguei ao hotel a recepção estava lotada de hóspedes, funcionários estavam perdidos. Check in demorado. Foi apenas explicado onde era o quarto, mas nenhum funcionario me acompanhou até os aposentos ou ajudou com as bagagens. O quarto que fiquei era novo e estava com limpeza adequada. Mas os corredores e as áreas comuns estavam mal cuidados e com pouca limpeza. A área da piscina aquecida estava mal cuidada, vários brinquedos espalhados, mofo no teto. Pedi uma banheira para dar banho no meu bebê e foi entregue extremamente suja, escorrendo uma água marrom. Achei total falta de respeito e atenção uma pessoa ter coragem de entregar uma banheira nesse estado. A comida estava muito gostosa, bom café da manhã, mas o jantar era praticamente igual ao almoço. Não me hospedaria novamente. Não acho que o valor cobrado seja coerente ao serviço oferecido. Apesar de ser um hotel bonito, em vários detalhes era nítido perceber que estava mal cuidado e mal gerido.

LAMENTÁVEL.

A pousada tem tudo para ser nota 1000. Mas devido as adversidades ocorridas, minha hospedagem foi um PESADELO. Fiquei muito triste por ser um dia especial para mim. E mais triste ainda foi não ter recebido um pedido de desculpas. Inicialmente informaram que a piscina coberta e sauna não estavam funcionando. Escolhi o estabelecimento exatamente por esse conforto, já que havia possibilidade de chuva. E, como previsto, choveu o tempo todo em que estive lá. Para piorar, acabou a luz e a pousada não tinha um gerador descente e nem luz de emergência nos quartos. Ficamos no escuro, sem ar ou ventilador. Passei a noite em claro por conta do quarto abafado e dos pernilongos e insetos que entravam pelas janelas. A única parte boa do tempo que fiquei lá foi a comida. Todas as refeições foram impecáveis. Apesar de tudo, entendo ter sido um problema isolado, mas como consumidora, acho que deveriam ter oferecido ao menos um desconto, ou no mínimo um pedido de desculpas formal pelo transtorno ou até mesmo oferecido uma diária em outra oportunidade como forma de compensação.
