Terrible, Horrible! Do NOT recommend!

We arrived after 9:00PM. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the house AND no shampoo or bar soap or body soap in either of the showers/tub. There was no coffee or creamer. There were no paper towels. There was no dish washing soap AND no disher washer soap. There was no hair blow dryer. There were no instructions for coffee pot, no instructions for washer or dryer. There was not a welcome notebook. We did find a notebook of instructions but it was lacking, very lacking in needed information. There was NO contact information in case of needs or questions. No email address, no phone number. Had to search website which took over an hour and find the management company NOVASEL. They do not answer phone except during day time business hours. So had to wait until the next day to phone them. Finally, a young man named Frederick answered our call. When we explained everything missing from the property, he simply said "maybe it doesn't come with that." WHAT? No toilet paper? No basic soap? I asked him to please have someone bring toilet paper and a blow dryer at least and he said they do not do that. He refused to help us out. The only thing he was willing to do was rent us a package of linens and towels for more money$$$. We had ordered those, but they were not there either. I left a detailed note for the owners of the property and I hope they received it explaining our disappointment. We should be refunded a great deal of our money as we were ripped off!

Short getaway

Great peaceful place to stay its about 30 mins drive to odense if you need to rely on public transport your have larger issues due to its remoteness we could only find 1 bus thst turned up every 2 days
