Located in Otterndorf, Lower Saxony, this 80 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double beds and 1 with single beds. The bathroom features a shower, corner bathtub, and a private sauna for 4 seated or 2 lying persons. There is also a guest WC with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, capsule and filter coffee machines. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, individually adjustable radiators in all rooms, high chair, baby cot, and fireplace are provided. Step-free access to the house via mobile ramps; no steps inside.



On the approx. 500 m² unfenced property, enjoy a partly covered south-facing terrace, double swing, sandbox, and private barbecue.



Parking is available on the property (1 space directly at the house) or on the street. Up to 2 dogs are allowed; other pets on request. Events are not permitted. For your convenience, self check-in via key safe is available. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.



The house is in the "Seeland" holiday area in the water and landscape park, the tourist center of Otterndorf. The North Sea beach and tidal flats are just a few minutes’ walk away. Schönes Haus in einer schönen Lage :)

Pros: Die Sauna, das Haus an sich und die Nähe zur Nordsee und zum See aufn Campingplatz. Cons: Das W-lan, fande ich ein bisschen schwach! Sonst alles gut :)
