Wonderful quiet property 10min from the airport. When you get in late, difficult to connect to the hotel to get the shuttle to pick you up (my flight came in at 0100 due to delays) but other than that, kitchenette and bathroom was excellent. There was a rain shower. Never ran out of hot water and operating job, microwave and fridge and sink with all the utensils and crockery you need for a short stay. The furniture was also modern and bed very comfortable. A tonne of food options including Mandarin, Freshii, burger and burrito places just a parking lot away. Thai Express also open till 0300 :)

Tried to get a good night sleep, but was awaken by very loud music and voices at 2:30 a.m. This continued until 4:30 a.m. Very distressing. I was actually scared. The guys yelling were not speaking English, and I thought they could be in a dispute, maybe had a weapon, not sure. I turned up my air conditioner so I didn't have to hear them, but the bass in their car stereo was too loud. I could not get back to sleep. I was in room 438, and the cars were in the back behind the bar. Not impressed.
