Extremely disappointing stay. Upon arrival, two consecutive rooms were dirty and not prepared. After several hours of waiting, we were finally given an inadequate room for 3 people. No proper service, no working room keys, and no solution offered by the front desk. Completely unacceptable experience and very poor customer service. I am requesting a full refund.

The front desk personnel lack customer service skills. They are so serious and did not make us feel welcome. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. There was a coffee maker but we had no bottled water to make coffee. We have stayed at many hotels and resorts and at least one bottle of water is always available. For the price of the rooms, that’s the least that could be offered. We went to the restaurant the night we arrived. We ordered food and a bottle of wine. The waitress told us the kitchen was closing at 10:00 pm so we were rushed to order food, but never mentioned that the bar was closing at that time. All of a sudden a few minutes before 10:00 pm, the waitress told us that the restaurant was closed and abruptly turned off the TV and started handing out food containers so we could take our food out. We have never felt so rushed. Needless to say, we had no time to finish our wine. To top it all off, the last day of our stay the cleaning lady came to knock on the door at 8:30 am to ask what time we were leaving. I could not believe it. I would not recommend this place at all. Our stay was an absolute disappointment.

Read this twice. The. People. Running. This. Hotel. Have. No. Idea. What. They. Are. Doing. 1. Showed up with an Expedia confirmation and booking number. The two people at the desk spent 45 minutes unable to find my confirmation, asking me if " a friend checked in for you" and then re-doing my booking from scratch where they asked me for my personal information (email, etc...) twice. They had no problem making me pay up front for everything though. 2. After 5 minutes in my room Screeching fire alarm goes off intermittently for 5 minutes then stays on for 25 minutes. During the fire alarm someone (don't know if they work for the hotel or not) OPENS THE DOOR TO MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING. If I had not had the flip barrier on he would have walked directly in. He had card access to my room without my permission. I yelled "Hello?" He said he needed to come in and check the fire alarm (still screeching). I told him to give me a minute. He closed my door and went off and knocked and opened other suite doors. Never came back to my room to check anything.. 3. Elevators out of service a minimum of 4 unique times over my 2 night stay. 4. Everything on the menu of the restaurant is over $50. Including the burger. Conclusion. This place continues to operate IN SPITE of the people working there.

Les chambres sont très propre et très belles. Clairement rénové récemment. Par contre, nous avions une chambre communicante avec un escalier dans la chambre (Probablement anciennement une chambre mezzanine).. Mais pas du tout isolé. On avait la sensation que les gens de la chambre d'en bas, étaient dans notre chambre, tellement c'étais mal isolé.. et à 4H du matin, les gens festifs de cette chambre faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Une fin de semaine en amoureux, pas trop reposante.. Sinon, tout était bien.

Le déjeuner buffet étains excellent. Le service au souper est difficile en français, décevant compte tenu que nous sommes au Québec. La nourriture était bonne. L’autre côté du boulevard pour aller au Casino..pratique. SAQ et épicerie à pied. Belle chambre propre.

L'hotel et la chambre étaient très bien! Par contre terriblement bruyant! Du bruit dans le couloir toute la nuit, et vraiment toute la nuit! Des clients bruyant dans les couloirs passé 22h et dès 4h30 am. C'est dommage que l'hotel laisse l'expérience être affecté de la sorte parce que l'hotel en soi est top!
