We had a rude encounter with one of the security officers at the front of the hotel on our first night after returning from a night out. We received many judgmental looks from security when we gave them our IDs. Front desk was not helpful with information regarding in-room dining or restaurant hours. We weren’t able to have a simple wine bottle sent to our room. The lack of channels on the tv is terrible. We waited for about 20 minutes for service at a table before deciding to just sit at the bar. Finally, having to show your ID every time you enter the hotel to go to your room is inconvenient and ridiculous.
