I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Ottawa coming in from Alberta and was disappointed by one of their policies. I was not able to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy to my room from outside the establishment which was not communicated beforehand. Instead, we had to purchase drinks at their venue for $10+ I was very disappointed and upset by this. This should be a clear indication when booking! Not sure I’d be back!

The king suite was amazingly beautifully, th3 Staff at the front desk were allll soooo professional and great smiles at all times...well the casino is a casino lol where its fun to spend some money and enjoy the evening, dont think youll be coming out rich lol but over all it is definitely a great experience and i will definitely be coming back soon

Had a lovely time at the Hard Rock Hotel. The casino and all the cafe/bars around it are great and the experience is really good. I have been to Vegas and it's for the first time I felt something similar in Canada. The staff were courteous and helpful as well. The rooms were also very spacious and well maintained. They have vallet parking as well which was really very helpful for us in this cold as the available parking spots were far off from the hotel. Thank you!!
