Beautiful place! Bed was very comfortable best I’ve slept in at a hotel. Staff were friendly. Only complaint would be the parking situation when checking in a lot of confusion amongst guests I found.

Our stay was great despite two major issues. The rooms were beautiful, with a great location and a great view. The first issue was upon entering the room. The bathroom door had been removed off its hinges and there was a hastily placed shower curtain that only partially covered the door way. When I called the front desk, they had no information and were either not aware of the problem or feigned ignorance. For a premium King upgrade that was extremely disappointing. The only option we were given was to downgrade our room or cancel our stay which was not an option as we drove in for a late evening check-in from Toronto. The second issue was lack of guest parking, which is a first for me considering parking is not included and is an extra fee. I’ve never experienced these two issues before, totally unexpected from a premium hotel as well as an upgraded premium room. If not for that, we would have had an amazing experience and given a 5 star review.
