Déception totale

En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! Notre chambre était occupée par d’ Autres personnes ! Non mais , nous avions 4 jours réservé et voilà qu’ils décident que nous sommes partis alors ils placent d’autres personnes … c’est juste irrespectueux, décevant !

Gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Chiesto latte senza lattosio…disponibile il giorno successivo. Andrebbe fatto un restauro , ma dopo il Covid e in più la località è stata colpita da eventi atmosferici non indifferente sfido chiunque ad investire ulteriormente. Complimenti alla gestione a far emergere la bellezza da un posto dal mio punto di vista abbandonato dalla politica .
