The living room (35 m2) has a full equipped kitchen with fridge, frizer, dish washer, washer dryer, traditional oven, microwave oven and a relax area with a sofa and a 55 inch tv. The suite (35 m2) consists of a bedroom with double bed, 43 inch tv, wardrobe, hairdryer, blackout curtains, plus a private bathroom and walk-in shower room of 10 m2 with sofa. The depandance (40 m2) consists of 2 independent rooms each provided with ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, double bed, 43 inch tv, sofa, wardrobe, hairdryer, mini-fridge and blackout curtains. Each room is air conditioned. Kapòka has a private garden of 4000 m2 with a 40 m2 swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, the typical Apulian dry stone wall, large stone seats and sofas and an external living area.
