Comfortable room and an amazing breakfast selection with high quality options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately coming out of the property initially we must have walked the wrong way - the area was sleazy and quite dirty and we did not feel very safe. On walking in the other direction everything was fine and we had no concerns.

The free evening meal as well as breakfast was an unexpected bonus & very good! The rooms were beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable & clean. Shower drained well - unlike many where water ends up all over bathroom floor. There seemed to be a small seepage of dust coming through the heating vents? I mentioned this to reception.
