The location is amazing! Right in the heart of old Oslo, next door to Central train station. The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, it is actually inside the mall.. Google had a hard time finding it! Room is tiny with few amenities, and too warm. Breakfast was outstanding!!

It is conveniently located in the Oslo Mall and easy access to the Oslo train station. You can go to Oslo Airport directly by train as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean although a little small for two people. The bed was very comfortable for us. We had an enjoyable stay!

Unfortunately the dryer was broken which was disappointing since we chose this hotel for its laundry services. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The location was excellent and very convenient. The family room is small but manageable with just one child - I do not suggest more than one.

There wasA strike going on while we were there but the staff was very professional and one would never know there was a strike. Another Scandic we stayed in made it very obvious there was a strike and it was uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The breakfast was great. The staff was lovely, all of them. Lobby was great with a small bar. The room was tiny, but we chose the smallest. No fridge, the sink was clogged and didn't drain and there were no wash cloths ( face cloths) nor was there a bath mat.
