Room was fine, outdated and a bit grotty but did the job. Very central. Don’t book at the weekend if you want to sleep. Club nearby that kept me up til after 3am and I’m not a light sleeper

I think staff need to be more present at the front to help customers whilst checking-in. Also, i went to the bar to order a drink but the bar staff totally ignored me. Also my room wasn't cleaned on any of the days i stayed

Aircon was controlled by the staff who were not always accessible. We asked for our Aircon to be turned down and it was left on 24° overnight so we didn't sleep. It was still too hot to sleep the next night after we complained. All we were offered was an apology.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are self service kisoks in the hote to check in and outl. The staff seemed to be on hand to help you without even asking. Location is very good, close to train stations, bus stops and tram stops. The room was clean. Would recommend.
