A great hotel in the best location in Oslo. The young lady in reception (Shalom I think) was fantastic. She organised for our room to be cleaned so we could check in early which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for the three of us. Very stylish, clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots of food options. Overall, a great hotel.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay. The room was a bit small, but the location couldn’t be better, it’s directly connected to Oslo Central Station. The only downside was the Wi-Fi; it worked well in the lobby, but the connection in my room was very weak, and I couldn’t get online during my two-night stay.

Excellent location (although we did have a little trouble finding our way to reception as it meant passing through a restaurant!) Room was good, fairly spacious. We were on the top level and had nice views of the city. Breakfast was good but seating a bit limited at times. Overall, a good spot for seeing Oslo both by walking and by using public transportation.

Staff was helpful and kind. Gave us a to-go sack breakfast due to leaving at 3:30 am. However, the mattress was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on IN MY LIFE. A 2 inch foam mattress on top of a VERY old box spring with dip in the middle. They did add a 2nd 2 inch foam mattress after complaint, making it slightly more bearable. Each time my husband slightly moved, it felt like an earthquake was happening. And I come from earthquake area. I literally was not able to sleep. I rarely give reviews, but felt it important to voice my concerns. Lack of any sleep made this experience the poorest rank of any hotel that I have ever stayed.

It is really convenient if you need continue to travel to somewhere else using the train as it is just located inside the Central station. I saw the Hotel name but still spending some time to find the way to go to the reception. It would be helpful if there are more obvious signs to show where the entrance is !
