The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is not friendly and not helpful, it was our son’s 5th birthday and we asked someone at the lobby if we could arrange to pay for balloons or some room decoration for his birthday, he replied that he does not know and that we can buy it at the mall :/

Loved the room; bed and linens were very nice; large bathroom; outdoor blinds went up and down automatically; buffet breakfast was excellent. I wish breakfast started earlier than 7am; a staff member directed us to the lobby area for a quick breakfast before 7 ; it was sub par ; Location was perfect for arrival from airport and departure per train. I would stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the hotel. Incredible selection and excellent freshness / quality. Modern tech features took a bit to get used to. Elevators programmed through tablets were nice once we understood how they worked, though the doors closed before we could reach our assigned elevator a time or two. Although the hotel is air conditioned, the in-room thermostat is apparently worthless. After attempting to cool the room via thermostat setting, I called the front desk and was told that they would centrally adjust the temp to a more comfortable level - which was never achieved. Fortunately, we had a deluxe room with corner windows and a small balcony and were able to get good airflow to keep it reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was large with double sinks, which was nice. Did not like the circular dial for the safe (guess I'm too used to the grid format). And the globe lights on the nightstands just got in the way. Room was clean and well appointed, but hallways need to be vacuumed more often. Location across from the train station was great, but was a bit noisy due to trams.

Good stay and amenities. Only issue was being asked to pay for an early check in just 20min before 3pm scheduled checkin time (confirmed by email) then being told the checkin time had been changed to 4pm recently. A bit of a scam.
