Good value - Hotel is close to city centre an main sights. Our room was spacious, great selection for breakfast. Staff could be a bit more outgoing, generally we enjoyed the stay a lot.

Ringeklokken ute, hvis en kom etter stengning virket ikke.Måtte ringe på flere ganger før resepsjonen reagerte. Da vi ga beskjed der, fikk vi svar at "ja den klokka er ikke helt god"......

Helt greit, vi var på Norwegian Wood, så dette var i nærheten. Slet litt med å finne det. Men, rent og pent, hyggelig betjening og en bra pris.

Hotellet var helt ok å overnatte på. Det eneste å sette fingeren på er et bortimot tett sluk på badet, som førte til oversvømmelse der inne ved dusjing. Dette bør være lett å ta tak i.

Usedvanlig tregt varmtvann - måtte tappe et par minutter fra varmtvannskranen før vannet ble lunkent. Ellers rent, ryddig, hyggelig folk, god frokost og stille strøk for nattesøvnen mot bakgården. Litt langt å gå til sentrum.

Hyggeligt og gammeldags

Hyggeligt hotel, men gammelt. Intet at klage over, bare slidt og gammeldags. Lækker morgenbuffet, vandet var varmt, roomservice helt o.k. Kan faktisk ikke finde noget at klage over.... :-) Beliggenheden var måske lidt i udkanten af centrum, men måske var der buslinier, jeg bare kunne have benyttet. Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale hotellet til andre og uden tvivl benytte det igen..

Room rather bare and lacking in furniture, but beds were comfortable, breakfast generous and checkout was a very generous midday. Monumental costs of visiting Norway were eased by their very good pricing.

Jeg benyttet hotellet i forbindelse med en ukes kurs/videreutdanning. Hadde behov for ro og sentral beliggenhet, både til kurs lokale Majorstua) og til sentrum. Opplevde hotelletrommet helt støyfritt. Ro ved frokost ble noe forstyrret av "oppvasklirring og rydding". ellers okei frokost.

Bodde i 5. etg. Det var høylytt støy i bakgården. Vinduer lite tette. Hørte folk i naborommet bare de hostet og gikk på golvet. Hørte heisen gikk opp og ned. Knirk i golvet når folk gikk i gangen. Hotellet var billig i forhold til andre hotell, men det skjønner jeg årsaken til nå.

Perfect location. In a nice and quiet area but close to cafés, restaurants etc. If you expect a standard hotel you will be satisfied. Very clean, the room was quite spacious and service minded staff. A big and tasty breakfast buffet was included. Considering the price, I think Best Western West is an excellent choice!

Biathlon - Holmenkollen

Жил в данном отеле 1-6 февраля - ездил на кубок мира по биатлону. Готиница на мой взгляд очень хорошая - не супер - но удобная, недалеко от центар и от метро и еще блиско от станции откуда ходят поезда в аэропорт. Очень милый персонал - многие говорят по русски. Отличные завтраки - вкусные и разнообразные. На этих же соревнованиях в данном отеле жила команда наших телевизионщиков во главе с Д. Губерньевым - тоже является подтверждением что отель достойный. Тепло - даже в морозы, интерент довольно быстрый - бесспроводной. Мне больше ничего не надо

Ljuvliga kvarter

Allt är Oslo är dyrt, men jag fick ändå ta ett djupt andetag när jag såg hur slitna korridorerna och rummen är. Det var rent och fräscht men oerhört slitet för priset, med svenska ögon i alla fall. Men vattenkokare på rummet och WiFi på rummet, golvvärme i badrummet - underbart, sådant ger livskvalitet för någon som bor mycket på hotell. Frukosten fantastisk och restaurangen mycket snyggt inredd, ny och fräsch. Läget är fantastiskt, lugnt och vackert och nära centrum. Jag kommer återkomma.

Vi hadde bestilt rom for 2 personer, men det var bare sengetøy og håndkler for 1 person. Varmekablene på badet fungerte ikke, og det var noe galt med toalettet. Ellers var beliggenheten optimal, og frokosten deilig :-).

Billig, men litt shabby..

God pris, men litt et litt slitt hotell. Rommet var fint og helt ok vedlikeholdt, men badet var ikke helt rent (et langt svart hår hang fast på veggen, + at badekaret var sleipt av såpe som ikke var skylt godt nok av). Frokosten derimot var helt topp! Og flott at det var kaffe og te på rommet. Personalet var særdeles hyggelige (selv om ham som sjekket meg inne ville ha betalt for overnattingen en gang til og oppdaget altså ikke at jeg hadde forhåndsbetalt). Men altså - de var veldig smilende og imøtekommende. Så alt i alt et ok hotellopphold.

Ok hotell for en overnatting eller to. Små rom i forhold til hva jeg er vant med. Ikke stettglass på rommene. Vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. Gratis parkering i gatene noen hundre meter ovenfor hotellet er et stort pluss!
