The hotel is well located in an upscale neighborhood close to Ayer Brygge. We reserved a room with 2 beds and there was no mention in the description that one of the beds was a chair sofa bed that needed to be converted by the guests. There was a strange odor when you turned on the sink faucet, the TV had no signal, and there was a loud creaking noise from a gate outside. Otherwise, the Filip self-service hotel is renovated, tastefully decorated, and comfortable.
Didn't feel like a hotel but a spacious apartment. I would be happy to have breakfast and room re arrangement. Was stressed about the no reception automated keys but I survived it.

Everything about this hotel is weird. Only after you book, you realize that there is zero staff to help with anything. My room was quite small, had really low ceilings and barely any natural light. Definitely never staying there again.
We had an excellent time and the accomdations were lovely! The services were tip top!

App for entry difficult to use - me and several people stuck outside while I was there. Roof windows in my room had no blinds Sun set 22:43, sun rise 03:54 and it never actually got dark. Very poor sleep until I bought an eye mask. No restaurant of any kind.
Very unusual venue. Not really a proper Hotel. Everything is done with the mobile phone/internet and there is no easy way to contact someone. Everything could be ok if you just need a place to sleep (nice rooms btw) and you are arriving late in the afternoon and departing in the morning. But if you need to check in sooner than 3pm or leave a bag in storage. It’s simply not possible.
Bad experience booking through Expedia as it is a no staff hotel so had to register and book though their clunky app when I arrived, which kind of spoils the whole prebooking via a platform approach.
Great location, lovely new apartments, very comfortable room. However, frustrating changing door codes, only 1 working washer/dryer, no floor cleaning for 6 days, random room cleaning and towel changing, got very tedious.
